After the decision was made to follow God's prompting and move to Texas, I immediately began looking for new work opportunities. One of those was in youth sports.
I had the privilege of speaking by video call with a youth sports club owner in June of 2025. We had a great conversation and as we were concluding business discussions, we shifted topics to our shared Christian beliefs.
I also discovered that this young woman was dealing with daily pain and lack of mobility in her neck, along with back, hip and knee pain on the regular. There were varying causes, all of which I declared not ok, after she gave me permission to pray for her.
I prayed several times on the call, commanding healing in the neck, back and rest of the joints.
As almost always happens, I remember little of the details of what I say. It's basically the same type of short, to the point commands in the authority of Jesus that healing happens and anything the enemy has done or wants to do is no longer permitted.
I had her test her neck and back several times, and she started to tear up as she confirmed that ALL of her neck pain was completely gone! She also regained full mobility, being able to turn her head completely from side to side with no pain.
Praise Jesus.
The surprised look and tears are always a wonderful reward for me as I get to co-labor with Jesus to see people receive His free gift.
It was fun to hear her say she had no idea how she was going to explain to people what happened.
Obviously I re-iterated it was Jesus.
His daughter is precious to Him, and I'm so thankful for the encounter she received and for His faithfulness to His word to us all.
After this miraculous meeting, I was of course even more encouraged and excited to see what God would be doing in this new season with me.
I didn't have to wait long. As of this writing, I've prayed for 6 more people in person here in Texas, and all 6 have received physical healing on the spot. Several were 100% healed almost immediately, and the others received partial to almost full restoration from multiple ailments/injuries.
One of my favorite stories happened by the pool at our apt. complex here in the north Houston area of Texas.
I met a man who works for the facilities department of our apartments, and he told me of his 21 year old son being injured in basic training in the army.
He had pain in his back everyday, and was told his spine was twisted. He also had an unusual skin condition that caused blistering and scarring.
I told Dad that I would be by the pool for another 20 minutes, and if his son wanted to come down in that time I would pray for Jesus to heal him.
Within 10 minutes, his son did in fact come to the pool specifically to receive prayer. The 2nd best part came next; he told me he was committed to Jesus and a believer, and also that he did NOT believe that healing was for today.
So the stage was set...
I first had him sit so we could look at his legs, and discovered that the right was about half an inch longer than the left. He saw it too.
I prayed one time for his leg to grow, and within a minute it did.
He stood up and noted the difference immediately.
I then had him stand straight and relaxed and noticed one shoulder sat much higher than the other - which was a product of the spine issue they told me about.
I prayed for alignment and healing.
I meant to turn him to a window to see his reflection so he could watch the change for himself, but it evened out so fast that by the time he turned, his shoulders were completely level!
(That is the best part).
I told him that Jesus had just healed him, and asked him if he now believed that Jesus heals today, and he immediately said YES and we gave thanks together for what God did!
A few days later I received a report from his Dad telling me that his scars and skin issues are healing up also.
But that's not all.
A week later I saw Dad by the pool. He had hit his head and cut it open a few days prior, and had to get staples. He was getting headaches, and may have been in a concussion protocol. (I forgot to confirm that).
He let me pray for him, and instantly the headache he had that day left.
